Hey! I'm Rachel...
I help midlife women regulate, reconnect, and remember who they truly are. My work is rooted in the belief that you are not broken. You are simply overwhelmed, under-supported, and long overdue for a softer way home to yourself.
Most of the women I work with are somewhere between 40 and 60 (but if my work resonates, please don't get too hung up if you are outside of those ages!) Many are mums. Many are late-diagnosed (or self-diagnosed) with ADHD (like me) or autism - or are just now realising that’s been part of their story all along.
They’re tired. Not just physically - but soul-tired.
From masking. From over-functioning. From putting everyone else first. They’re drinking too much, relying on coffee to cope, always feeling one step behind. They’ve tried therapy, meds, wellness “hacks” - but nothing sticks. And secretly, they’re afraid they might never feel better.
But underneath that fear is a quiet longing…
For peace. For presence. For inner steadiness. For solidarity, community. For a life that feels spacious, spiritual, and whole again.
This is where I come in. Through my yoga, embodied healing circles, holistic nervous system practices, and my content over on Substack, I create spaces - online and in person -where sensitive, neurospicy, midlife women can slow down, feel safe in their bodies, and finally come home to themselves.
From gentle day retreats, to transformational residential alcohol-free retreats (open to all, sober or sober curious), to honest, Substack ramblings, everything I offer is there to help you build your own simple, holistic toolkit - one that honours your energy, your needs, and your own intuitive path.
Because healing doesn’t have to mean fixing. It can mean remembering.

I'm a mum of 3 kids, aged 16, 13 and 7. Recently separated from my husband who is still my best mate, I have 2 dogs, 2 cats, and a habit of always piling too much on my plate then moaning about it... LOL!
